The Daily Plan-It: The Dungeon of Darkness, the Rocky Horror Picture Show, and the Halloween Masquerade Show

Good morning and happy Halloween! Here are some spooky (ha) things going on around town today.

At noon in the visitor center, Jack Rentfro and the Apocalypso Quartet will perform for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with Bethel Steel and Jeremiah Birnbaum. It's free to attend, as always.

Since it's going to be a bit drizzly tonight, head down to Blount County's Alnwick Community Center, which has been transformed into the Dungeon of Darkness.Tickets to this classic haunted house are $13-$20. Buy them here.

Latitude 35 will screen the campy classic Rocky Horror Picture Show at 8 p.m. Definitely dress up as your favorite character and be prepared to sing along. 18+ only.

Also at 8, you can check out Oakland house and dubstep DJ/producer Lucky Date at NV Nightclub. Tickets are $10-$15. Buy them here.18+ only.

Retro indie-rockers from Atlanta Blackberry Smoke will perform at the Bijou Theatre tonight at 8. Tickets are $18. Buy them here.

The Pilot Light's annual Halloween Masquerade Show starts at 10 p.m. and will feature a totally-local lineup of bands, and they'll be playing nifty Halloween sets all night. It's $10 to get in. 18+ only.
