This evening at 5:30, you can let the kids test-drive their Halloween costumes at the Knoxville Zoo's Boo! at the Zoo. It's $6 to attend, and you get to trick or treat with the animals.

At 6 p.m., psychotronic horror-punk veterans the Misfits will headline a show at NV Nightclub with the Attack, the Bad Dudes, and La Basura Del Diablo. Tickets are $18-$23. Buy them here.

At 7 p.m., the Tim Lee 3 and R.B. Morris will wrap up their October residency at the Pilot Light. It's $5 to get in! !8+ only.

If you're still out and about at 10 p.m., catch Asheville-based six-piece rock/soul combo the Broadcast at the Preservation Pub. Cover's $3. 21+ only.
