Good morning! We made it through Monday! Three cheers! Now take a look at what's going on around town today.

At noon in the visitor center, catch Jonah Smith play for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with Up the Chain. It's free to attend, as always.

There will be an open-level capoeira class (that's Brazilian dance-martial arts) at the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture at 6 p.m. It's $12 to participate. Switch up your workout routine and go check it out!

Also at 6, author and furniture designer Amanda Brown will be at Union Avenue Books to talk about her book Spruce: A Step By Step Guide to Upholstery and Design. It's free to attend!

Einstein Simplified, Knoxville's longest-running comedy improv troupe, will be at the Well at 8 p.m. There's no cover! 21+ only.

Wrap up the night at the Pilot Light, where Hudson K will perform at 9 p.m. with Powerkompany and Vitek. Cover's $5. 18+ only.
