The Daily Plan-It: Writers in the Library, Comedy Con Queso, and Traveling Broke and Out of Gas

Good morning! Unfortunately, it's Monday again. But there's plenty going on today to keep you entertained. Take a look.

Baltimore painter and mixed media artist Beth Hoeckel's collection "Hypnotist Collector" will be on display at UT's University Center through March 31. The UC's open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., in case you'd like to go take a look at the work.

At noon in the visitor center, go check out Chris Lee, who'll perform for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with Honey Boy and Boots. As always, it's free to attend!

Tonight at 7, author John O. Hodges, a retired UT religion professor, will be at the university's Hodges Library as part of the Writers in the Library series, and will read from his work. It's free to attend!

It's Comedy Con Queso night at the Well again. Starting at 9, if you open a tab, you get free cheese. And there will be plenty of comics on hand to try to make you laugh. There's no cover! 21+ only.

Wrap up the night at the Preservation Pub, where Lafayette, Ind., psycadelic-folk band Traveling Broke and Out of Gas will perform at 10 p.m. Cover's $3. 21+ only.
