The Daily Pulse:

The Daily Plan-It: BellyFlow, Motel Mirrors, and England in 1819

Good morning! Mondays seem to come no matter what, don't they? Here's what's going on around town today.

At noon, the Amuse Life Collective will have  a BellyFlow class, which combines elements of belly dancing and yoga into a workout. It's $5 to participate. More info here.

IRS-certified volunteers will be on hand at Knox County CAC (2247 Western Ave) from 4 to 7 p.m. to help low- to moderate-income earners file their taxes. For more info, call (865) 546-3500.

Tonight at 7, catch local writer/musician R.B. Morris speak about his work in UT's Hodges Library as part of the university's Writers in the Library series. It's free to attend and open to the public.

Also at 7, Memphis veteran duo Motel Mirrors (which includes former Knoxvillian/Viceroys founding member John Paul Keith) will perform for WDVX's Tennessee Shines show with Dawn Coppock. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased earlier during the Blue Plate Special Show, or at the door of the visitor center, which opens at 6.

Wrap up the night at the Well, where orchestral electro-pop outfit England in 1819 will perform at 10. There's no cover! 21+ only.
