The Daily Plan-It: Life Drawing Session, Zumba, and Enjoy Every Sandwich

Good morning! We're getting close to the weekend! Woo! And it's also Enjoy Every Sandwich Day (more details further down). Take a look at what all's going on.

At noon in the visitor center, catch Hugh Bob perform for WDVX's Blue Plate Special with the Underhills. As always, it's free to attend.

At 2 p.m., the Candoro Arts and Heritage Center will host an informal artists' get-together, where you can paint or draw live models. Membership is not required. Bring sketching materials of your choice. It's $10 to participate. For more info, call (865) 573-0709.

Fit in some time for zumba at 6 p.m. Carrie Jackson will teach a class at Southside Baptist Church. It's up to $8 to participate. More info here.

Then at 7, be there or be SQUARE for Enjoy Every Sandwich: An Evening of Warren Zevron for Rikki Hall at the Scruffy City Hall. The Tim Lee 3 is headlining the show, and it's only $5 to get in. (21+ only.) More details here.

Wrap up the night a few doors down at the Preservation Pub, where progressive funk outfit the Fritz will play at 10 p.m. Cover's $3. 21+ only.
