The Daily Plan-It: Art by Robert A. Tino, the Goodwill Award Luncheon, and Open-Level Ballet

Good morning and happy hump day. We're halfway through the week! Take a look at what's going on today.

Rick Terry Jewelry Designs is featuring artwork by Robert A. Tino through April 26. While you check out some ice, take a gander and the art, too. The store (on the 600 block of Gay Street) is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Goodwill Award Luncheon, at which Goodwill Industries honors employees and community members, starts at noon at the Hilton Knoxville. Tickets are $18-$20. For more info, call (865) 588-8567 or check out Goodwill's website.

Author Ann B. Ross will be at Union Ave Books today at 6 to read from and sign copies of her newest book in the Miss Julia mystery series, Miss Julie's Marvelous Makeover. It's free to attend!

Circle Modern Dance will have an open-level ballet class at the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture at 7:30 tonight. Colleen Moore will teach the class. No experience is necessary. The first class you take with the group is free, and then $5 for each subsequent class. More info here.

Wrap up the night at the Well, where Rachel Kate will perform at 9 p.m. with Jon "Cornbred" Worley. No cover! 21+ only.
