The Daily Plan-It: Intermediate-Level Dance Class, Dave Ross, and Loop

Good morning and happy hump day! We're halfway through the week! And here's what's going on today.

At noon in the visitor center, the Accomplices will perform during WDVX's Blue Plate Special with the Hip Sawyers. It's free to attend. (And if you can't make it this afternoon, the Accomplices will play at the Sunspot at 10, and the Hip Sawyers will play at the Pres Pub at 8.)

At 6 p.m., Circle Modern Dance will have an intermediate-level technique class at the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture. The first class you take with the group is free, and $5 for each subsequent class. Experience is not required, but recommended. More info here.

L.A. comedian Dave Ross, who hosts the Terrified podcast on the Nerd Network, will be at Scruffy City Hall tonight at 8. Cover's $3. 21+ only.

British post-punk outfit Loop is back from retirement, and will perform at the Pilot Light at 9:30 p.m. with People's Temple and Offing vs. Nest Egg. Tickets are $15. Buy them here. 18+ only.

Wrap up the night at the Pres Pub, where Afro the Band will perform at 10 p.m. Cover's $3. 21+ only.
