That's right, artists -- last year's contest to paint our metal paper boxes was so much fun, we're doing it again!
'But wait,' you say, 'I have no idea what you're talking about.'
Well, you know how at some places Metro Pulse is distributed in boring racks, and in some places it's stored in boring black plastic boxes, but a few select locations have really cool metal boxes that look all funky?
Well, those boxes were painted last summer by local artists. Now it's your turn. (Of course, if you painted a box last year, you're totally welcome to apply again. We love all of you!) And once again, the painted boxes will be on display at Boomsday and then our awesome readers will vote for their favorite online.
Here are all the details (and contest legalese):
All you artists out there, this is your big chance -- to have millions of Metro Pulse readers (and lame, boring people walking by on the street but not reading Metro Pulse) see your work for a full year! Ok, maybe not millions, but you get the idea. So get to it!
