The Daily Plan-It: Children's Story Time, Capoeira, and Jazz on the Square

Good morning! Take a look at what's going on around town this Tuesday.

The Blount County Public Library in Maryville will have story hour this morning at 10:30 for kiddos ages 3-5. Puppets, coloring, and crafts will also be involved. It's free to attend!

The Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church will have a gentle yoga and meditation class at noon today. Donations will be accepted. For more info call (865) 577-2021 or email

If you're looking for a new workout, check out capoeira, a Brazilian martial art. There will be a class tonight at 6 at the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture. It's $5 to participate. More info here.

It's Jazz on the Square night! Bring your lawn chairs to Market Square and enjoy the tunes from the Marble City 5. It's free to attend!

Wrap up the night at Barley's Taproom and Pizzeria, where Kukuly and the Gypsy Fuego will perform at 10 p.m. No cover! 21+ only.
