The Daily Plan-It: Farmers' Market, Books Sandwiched In, and Adrian Cottier

Good morning! Happy hump day! We're halfway through the week! Take a look at what's going on around town today.

The Market Square Farmers Market opens at 11 a.m. and goes until 2 p.m. Stop by for lunch and some fresh veggies.

At noon, Knox County Chief of Staff Dean Rice will be on hand at the East Tennessee History Center to lead the Books Sandwiched In discussion on George Friedman's The Next 100 Years: A Forecast for the 21st Century. It's free to attend!

Intermediate-level dancers! Circle Modern Dance will hold a technique class at the Emporium Center for Arts and Culture at 6 p.m. It's $5 to participate. More info here.

Need a jazz fix? Catch Adrian Cottier perform at the Bijou Theatre tonight at 7. The show's free to attend!

Wrap up the night at the Pilot Light, where Psychic Boas and Wooden Indian Burial Ground will perform. The show starts at 10. Cover's $5. 18+ only.
