The Daily Pulse:

The Daily Plan-It: Kids' Crafts, Yoga, and Nora Jane Struthers

Good morning! Stay strong and take a look at what's going on this Monday.

Michael's craft store will have a kids' crafting session today at 10 a.m. for kiddos 5 and up. It's $2 to participate.

At noon in the visitor center, catch the Alex Krug Combo, who'll play for WDVX's Blue Plate Special. As always, it's free to attend! (And if you miss them this afternoon, they'll play at Barley's at 10 p.m. 21+ only at that show!)

After work, head over to the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church (at 5:30) for a gentle yoga and meditation class. Donations will be accepted. For more info call (865) 577-2021, or email yogaway249@gmail.com.

Country-folk-pop act Nora Jane Struthers and the Party Line will perform at 7 p.m. during WDVX's Tennessee Shines show, which you can go see live in the visitor center for $10. You can buy tickets at the Blue Plate Special or at the door, which opens at 6.

Then wrap up the night at the Longbranch Saloon, where 50 Foot Swell will perform at 9 p.m. with Down Machine Down and Bassfreqz. Cover's $5.
